EMS is safe, it has been used for decades by physicians, osteopaths and chiropractors, all while being under FDA compliant. Only recently has it started to make headway in fitness.
Almost anyone can use EMS training, however if you have a health condition that prevents you from participating in conventional sports, we encourage you to consult with your doctor beforehand. Unfortunately, people with a heart pacemaker, circulatory disorder, going through a pregnancy or have any metal in their body are not eligible for EMS training.
